Transactions

Any agreement or payment made between a user and a service provider is strictly between those two parties. Zonke.co is not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from such interactions.

Pet Finder

While we provide the tools to broadcast lost pet alerts, we do not guarantee the recovery of any lost animal and are not responsible for the actions of individuals who respond to such alerts.

Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Zonke.co, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. User Conduct

  • You agree to provide accurate, truthful information in all listings.
  • Spamming, fraudulent listings, and the harassment of other users are strictly prohibited and will lead to an immediate ban.

3. Listing Fees & Payments

  • Basic listings and Pet Finder reports are free.
  • "Featured" or "Verified" status may require a fee. These fees are non-refundable once the service is activated.

4. Intellectual Property

The Zonke.co name, logo, and the "Automated Poster" designs are the property of Zonke.co. Users may share generated posters for personal use but may not modify them for commercial purposes.

5. Modification of Service

Zonke.co reserves the right to edit, remove, or suspend any listing that violates our community standards or appears fraudulent.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe.
